    called to see on the status of my minolta digital camera that I had to send in because it quit working. have had it less than a year and it pisses me off to have problems with it. its under warranty though so that should be cool.

    so this indian (India) guy tells me that they sent it back unrepaired because it had dirt in in jamming the lens and not under warranty. I go nuts telling him what bullshit that is and why the hell didnt they call and see if I wanted it fixed? then he asks the address. "is that the same address you wrote on the paper to return it"...."yes, what address did you send it back to?"....."somewhere in Greenville Pa." "WHAT?!?!?!?!?? I DONT LIVE THERE!?!?"......."oooops, I have the wrong person here, sorry".

    FUCKING IDIOT! hehe....turns out, they havent gotten the report from the tech dude yet. dude got an earfull from me before relizing he had some other person with the same last name. bet he's more carefull the rest of the day. I actually said I was sorry for cussing his ass out and screaming since he appologized several times.

    felt like I was having a "Falling Down" moment there when he said that!

    LOL! That was me on the phone with AOL the other day over an account that should have been canceled back in June. After 5 failed transfers and 7 different CSR...I went global on their ass!

    I sense a trend here.....

    You have problems with Customer support from Indis......Andyman has the same issue......as Does 316what.

    And I keep wondering why companies keep outsourcing the CS departments to India......

    Hopefully you will get it back soon - I know I wouldn't give up my little Olympus one any time soon!

    Actually, most of the CSRs from AOL sounded American......but they are still the devil!

    SBC on the other hand, was all Indian CSRs. They were all nice and did try to help me. BUT...I got my replacement modem today and all is well in the DSL department.
